Paul came in to service my boiler, came in serviced and left. A few minor issues with access which he could've made a big deal out of but he just cracked on. Definitely having him for future services.

Paul has been out to me for a couple of issues now and I can't recommend him enough. Both times he was able to quickly diagnose the problems and suggest solutions. Paul is extremely thorough in his work and happily goes out of his way to explain what is happening, why it is happening and how the issue can be resolved.

We came across Paul via a personal recommendation from an existing customer and were genuinely impressed by his service in all respects. We found Paul easy to talk to, friendly and very approachable. We were new to the area and keen to establish a relationship with a reliable heating engineer & plumber. Paul's service on our inherited boiler was extremely thorough and he took time to explain what he was doing and answer any questions that we raised. His communication was excellent, pricing competitive and we were so impressed that we arranged for him to return to remove our irreparable gas fire and fit some isolation valves. Paul Installed a simple and convenient water shut off system. What was a real chore to shut off the water is now so easy. He also fitted a remote system to allow me to monitor and simply adjust the water pressure in the boiler. Very pleased with the price and especially pleased with his work. Would highly recommend him.
